甘泉魚麵的招牌魚麵，是咖哩跟味噌底，裡面料只有青菜跟香菇，以及六還七塊魚片，有一種好像不夠豐富但魚有很多的微妙感。

（這味道跟我20年以前吃得很不一樣，開始懷疑是不是我記憶有問題了......）
