Made a Google Chrome extension last night that you put your Mastodon handle into (1) and then it will redirect posts and users from the listed Mastodon instances to open on your server (2), with an added bonus option of styling up your home server to use @TangerineUITangerine UI for Mastodon (3)

Works okay so far, but not sure if to unleash it to the world.
