*sigh*
mask-image in css doesn’t play nice with backdrop-filter.

Want to have a blurred backdrop, that fades to edges instead of being a harsh solid line? Surely a job for mask-image!

Nah. Doesn’t work. The blur is still at 100% strength regardless of the mask. Works for a background colour. Not for a backdrop-filter.
