Dynamically selects an available utunX or wgX interface (macOS/Linux).

Tracks the active interface per session to ensure proper shutdown.

Prevents loss of control over interfaces by avoiding hardcoded utun4 / wg0.

This lays the groundwork for multi-interface support in the future. #wg-gui
