But if you find yourself about to mansplain the gender pay gap to a woman on international women's day maybe instead just shut the fuck up forever
@LanaπΏπΆππΆ "not yet begun to fight" I still remember the woman who'd apologize to me every year when the pay raises came around. It's how I knew I was underpaid by a lot.
I feel like I still don't know how to advocate for myself on that front, but now I have help from others in the community.
