nintendo being able to remotely disable your hardware is completely asinine. "oh it's their platform it's their property", no??? it's *your* property that you bought and paid for.

imagine i bought a TV, and one day samsung goes "you're not allowed to put your TV in your bedroom" and if you do then they break into your house to steal it back. does that make sense to you ?
