@borisschapiraChat-Pirate @dvandalDaniel V. I think this would be a contrived reading of the license. The license repeatedly refers to "you" and explains why the license refers to "you" ("Your continued use of the Instance after any change means you agree to the new Terms.") and I am not a lawyer but it sounds very contrived to me to suggest you, on a different instance, are engaging in "use of the Instance".
