It was ambiguous if other federated servers counted as "users" under the TOS.
I don’t how that matters bc other federated servers wouldn’t be signing the ToS anyway. Tho I really hope they don’t try to make people on other servers sign their ToS in order to federate.

They say part of the function of a legal system is to make the losing party feel convinced they have lost. Well, if there's a TOS that the admin confidently knows what it means, but the user doesn't…that's a bad TOS
