Do you have a passport you want to update, but you're afraid the Trump administration will deny it because they don't like your gender marker (OR it already has)?

- A court HAS ruled the Trump administration has to correct your passport, in a window while a lawsuit proceeds

- The Trump administration IS NOT honoring this and the ACLU doesn't recommend trying RN. They'll post more Monday
