I needed to rotate a PDF. I know how to do this on Mac and Linux but not Windows. I had to do it on Windows. It turns out Acrobat charges money for this and Firefox's PDF editor can't do it at all. I download "Foxit" which I remember being good at one time. After downloading it turns out Foxit also charges money for this, also every few seconds they pester you to use "AI". I uninstall Foxit. Although I never assigned PDF associations to Foxit, *un*installing Foxit reassociates PDFs to MS Edge
