EDIT: Please stop replying now (please). Results: This is a nonstandard emoji sequence for the Texas flag; it appears to ONLY display as the Texas flag on Linux, and only SOME versions of Linux, and I can't figure out the pattern for which ones. Most machines show a black flag, which is not the fallback I'd want (I'd want the letters USTX to be visible).
