Why doesn’t anyone travel anymore?

The booking experience is enshittified. Flying is fucking awful right now. Tickets are expensive. Changes to reservations require wading through AI agent hell.

Y’all, I traveled a lot about ten years ago. I booked shit last minute on my phone in pubs, buses, and on rounds. I canceled, re-scheduled, and moved stuff with a few clicks. Tickets were pretty cheap. After the shit I’ve experienced the last two months, I honestly will continue to avoid travel.
