🌐 🕸️ 🌍 Dropping a clickable link (etherpad, shared doc) into a project folder as a file. Sounds simple.

.desktop → Linux
.url → Windows
.webloc → macOS

None work cross-platform. None work in web file managers. A self-redirecting HTML seems to be the only universal option.

What's the better solution here? Readme.md? rrrrrrrrrreadme.txt?
