😕Ugh. I knew that I had over-browned the caramel for my apple Tart Tartan 🥧, but I tried to play it off and just keep going. Now my tart looks good, but it tastes wrong.

I did this to myself.

And yes, I said Tart Tartan, not Tart Tatin! I am too old to start correcting words now. It's locked in.👴🏿
