I mean, many of Trent Reznor's older songs did have questionable titles. The Quake soundtrack, which I absolutely love and listen to a lot, has "R*pe" as one of its track names. I mean, common in the 90s sadly, pretty sure a Nirvana song had that also on the album Bleach

Kurt was a huge feminist and lgbt ally. He once sang nonsense, sang offkey, played badly, and refused to play title tracks at a Buenos Aires concert when the previous band (Calamity Jane) was basically pushed off stage by thrown objects, and homophobic slurs.
