The problem is that this pattern seems pervasive across their new calls. There seem to be so many calls where they are essentially neutering any other solution - even if these would actually be superior for creativity-driven innovation, supporting decision-making within public administration, contributing to our bioeconomy - or really any other topic.

Funding should be about helping to engineer the best solutions, not helping to overheat hype.
