Shout out to those personal fitness tracker things.

I hit the fatigue wall early last night and despite having lots of energy in the morning, I was knocked out by early evening.

This morning my brain says, "you need to move more and do all the things today because you were so sedentary last night. Don't be lazy!"

Fitbit says, "several of these markers are outside of your usual range. You may not feel like it but you should rest because your body needs to recover."

This thing on my wrist has given me permission to rest!
