旅行代理店を通さないオフ会、宿泊企画、貸切列車が法に触れてるよ!と界隈に触れて回ってる人がいるので旅行業法についてざっと読んでみたけれども「旅行業等を営む者について」と規定されていることから、親睦会幹事とかオフ会幹事は「生業とするもの」の定義から外れているのではと。
