老中现在也会宣传提倡自救互救，听起来就是“自生自灭”。正常国家里，人的权利责任是对等的，那在洼地，当牲口养，毫无自主性自治性（别说社会了，连几个人的团队都没有，看看你们开会的样子！毫无组织性逻辑性东拉西扯！），没有党就没有家！遇到自然事故灾害突然又要自救，这不是哈港八港吗，缺西！
