Whales hardly get cancer at all. Kind of makes sense. If you have that many cells, if any of those cells is cancerous, then the whole whale dies, so the bigger the creature, the more important anti-cancer mechanisms are or you get to a size where immediate cancer becomes inevitable.

So turning people into building sized sauropods would cure cancer.
