I am Marc, 36. I'm a German permanently living in Japan. I'm a university lecturer and researcher in Computer Science.

For my free time, I'm into photography and video games, and recently also started dabbling into digital art and drawing. I'm also very much into languages (I have another Esperanto dedicated Mastodon account linked in my profile).

My most recent episode: I switched away from 25+ years being an Apple user deep into that ecosystem across all devices and platforms; to now being very happy on three devices Gentoo Linux + Android smart phone + Android smart watch.
