i'm looking into adding a new theme mode that decreases the use of accent color and uses grayscale more. you can set any color as an accent color. and you can decide whether you like the gradient in the background (i don't). meanwhile twitter doesn't have the capacity to support more than two colors (did they run out of grok-code-fast-1 tokens?)

DCinvestor on Twitter: looks like @X got rid of "Dim" mode 😭 why @nikitabier why?? i loved that mode because it was less harsh on the eyes than white text on a pure black background (especially on modern OLEDs which have true blacks) Nikita Bier's reply: We don't have the capacity to support more than two colors right now. But feedback noted: we are looking into lightening the black on web.
