@stefanoStefano Marinelli I can relate. There small parts of ourselves that just stop. Sometimes they remain so, and other times they start again. In some ways, BBT is not over for you, so perhaps you are not stuck at all. I on the other hand, have experienced the end of BBT and in some ways that might be more “stuck” as I can never keep going.

Metaphor for life, or just TV? I don’t know, but I appreciate that you share these parts of yourself with us.
