I wish people around me are as bothered as I am about the LLM hype.

A bajillion variables with non deterministic results and unreliable dev process producing a hallucination machine with maximum confidence. Are people just not seeing the mistakes it makes?

I’m not saying it worthless. It’s not worth that much. I can put aside the bs marketing language, but the real tangible things it does? I can honestly do without.

Perhaps that’s just cause I’m not working in tech anymore? Kinda blessed.
