Every time I find a screamingly -wrong- pattern in an existing codebase these days, I'm also hit with the realization that LLMs have absolutely been trained on this codebase and will replicate this pattern for other people who have similar use-cases.

The number one argument not to use LLM for code is they’ve been trained on the absolute crappy code that permeates the industry.
