Been working all year towards a fitness goal, and today hit a significant milestone: 50 push ups.
Slow, measurable progress has been the key. I do them every day, each week adding one more rep.
(Also doing other exercises, but that's the daily one.)
The benefits have not included weight loss, but my stamina, core strength, and arm strength have improved dramatically over the year. I appreciate feeling like I can do anything I want to do, physically, again.
