"Ahmed al-Ahmad, a 43-year-old Muslim man identified by Australian media, tackled & disarmed one of the shooters in the Bondi Beach attack, in which 11 people were murdered at a Jewish holiday event on Sunday.

Ahmad, whose cousin told Australia's News 7 that he was shot once in the arm & once in the shoulder, is being hailed as a hero on social media.
....Ahmad is currently in surgery & expected to make a full recovery."
