30 fpsで1 fごとに0.03を加えてゆき、30 f目に整数部を+1して小数部をリセットしている
（0.00, 0.03, 0.06, …, 0.84, 0.87, 1.00）
ので、正しいタイムは表示の小数部に10/9をかけたものです
