最近養成了一個新習慣：在轉貼文章前，順手請 GPT 幫我把網址裡的「追蹤參數」刪掉。

什麼是追蹤參數？就是網址常常會自動加上一串像 ?xmt=... 的碼，是平台用來追蹤你「從哪裡來、點了什麼、互動多久」，甚至可能和你在其他平台的帳號做交叉連結。

這也是像 FB、Threads 這些平台能夠精準分析你行為、打造演算法資料庫的關鍵之一。

所以在轉貼連結前，記得把 ?xmt=... 刪掉！

網址更清爽，對大家的隱私保護也會更好。
