Apple has released a security update, iOS 15.8.5, for several older devices, including the 10 yo old iPhone 6s, all iPhone 7 models, the 1st gen iPhone SE, iPad Air 2, the 4th gen iPad mini, and the 7th gen iPod touch. While there has been some recent negativity about Apple's new iOS (Liquid Glass), the company deserves some credit for continuing to provide security support for these older phones.
