미성년자 소셜네트워크 서비스 금지 논쟁에서 애초에 서비스 측에서 미성년자 보호를 위해 무슨 노력을 하는지에 대한 논의는 뒤로 빠지고 법적 금지가 보호냐 침해냐 같은 논의만 나오는 게 상당히 우려되는 부분.
