片栗粉와 녹말가루 보다가 궁금해져서 이것저것 찾아봤는데... 片栗粉는 원래는 カタクリ에서 추출한 거였는데 지금은 전분 가루 전체를 가리키는 말이 되었고.
녹말가루는 원래는 녹두 분말을 가리키는 거였고 지금은 역시 전분 가루 전반에 붙는 이름이 되었다. 그러니까 감자 녹말 가루는 글자만 보면 감자 녹두 가루 가루인데 진짜 뜻은 감자 전분 가루.
