Fedibirdはtootleに対し、未対応機能による誤動作・不具合をカバーする特別な対応を行っています。完全性は保証できませんが、他のMastodonサーバよりうまく動作するはずです。

他方、通知についてはtootle側の通知サーバの不具合が多発したため、現在機能制限しています。
