不正なURLを解釈しようとして内部エラーになり、特定の投稿の処理に失敗することから、タイムラインの取得でエラーになる問題を解消しました。

この検証と修繕にともない、昨晩数回、今朝数回、プロセスの再起動等でエラー表示が出たり、少し反応しない時があったと思いますが、ひとまず解消です。
