Misskey API の /notes/create の fileIds と mediaIds の違いってなんだろうなと思ったら

* API: notes/create: The mediaIds property is now deprecated. @Johann150
* Use fileIds instead, it has the same behaviour.

という CHANGELOG が見つかったので fileIds を使えばいいのかな？
