true trans liberation comes when everyone - cis and trans and otherwise - can look how they want, act how they want, and achieve the care that they want, while being supported by the people and systems around them

this includes informed consent hormones for anyone who wants them

using whatever name and pronouns and identity terms for anyone who asks

informed consent surgeries of all varieties

and none of this being restricted by gender identity, presentation, characteristics, or other gatekeeping bullshit
