Quiet public

都立小金井公園に天皇が来た時、痛感したけど、キレイに整備（したフリ）をするのは、奴らが「通る」場所だけなんだよ。たてもの園前広場のベンチが塗装し直されたのと対照的に、そこからたった50メートルほど離れた、児童用遊具のある一角のベンチは、見事にボロボロなままだった。
