CNPGだとinit用Podが立ち上がって古いDBからいい感じ(tm)に吸い出してリストアしてくれるんだけど、動作としてはリストア用のpgsql（fsync切れてたりなんかいい感じになってるやつ）が裏で立ち上がって頑張ってるっぽい？
