따서 바로 가열하면 녹차 산화시키면 홍차 발효시키면 보이차 반쯤 산화시키면 우롱차고요
잎 그대로 쓰면 엽차 어린잎을 갈아서 가루로 만들면 말차가 되고 홍차에 우유를 탄 건 밀크티라 불러요
