コレ作るものによるよね。既存の部品を組み合わせるだけの業務アプリなんてどこまでも「AI楽観派」の世界よ。AI以前からSIerがそうしてたのだから。逆にUIフレームワークとか何とかエンジンとかCODECみたいなフレームワークやライブラリはAIが書けるとは思えんね。SIerでもそう言うのは内製してた。
