Wonderful spring at Douglas bay. After acquiring my travel pass for the next days, the electric railway awaits, which winds north along the east coast. It's the oldest tram line that still usages it's original carriages from well before 1900. 🚃 From Laxey it's just 10 minutes to the world largest operational water wheel: Laxey mine wheel 🏞️ Amazing engineering from the 1850th. It was originally built to produce power (up to 200 horse powers) to remove water from the mine. #MostlyHorsealess
