Sure, though consider the actual utility. If the hundreds-of-MW grid hookup is actually live, the value may be stripping out the Nvidia racks and filling the facility with grid stabilizing batteries.

If it's not hooked up but instead powered by local gas turbines, leaving it shut down is the best value.
