はい、Mitra はMisskeyやMastodonとは全く別の実装です！
Mitra、MisskeyなどのサーバーはActivityPub という仕組みを利用しているので、様々な実装同士相互にやりとりできます
自分でactivityPub対応ソフトウェアを書いている人もいます
仕組みを知ると楽しいですよ！
