- 유심 수령 후 변경 신청한 고객: 오늘부터 연휴 기간동안 변경 처리 순차적으로 진행 예정. 변경 후 기존 유심 사용 불능 처리되며, 언제 완료될 지 예측 어려우므로 가급적 유심 항시 소지 권장
- 유심 아직 수령하지 못한 고객 / 수령했지만 유심 변경 신청 아직 안 한 고객: 5월 12일부터 셀프 변경 처리 오픈 예정이므로, 희망 시 기다렸다가 변경도 가능
