Wow, that's a weird juxtaposition: sitting in the pycon plenary where Nvidia and Meta both talking about speeding up python and someone on my fedi timeline called python the slowest computing language.

They're wrong, Python isn't the slowest programming language, but like, weird to see both sides of that debate at once.
