무엇보다 사실 27년 살면서 지금처럼 안정적인 적이 별로 없었는데 단순 우울증으로 진단하다 조울ADHD머시기조합으로 재진단하고 약 싹 바꾸니까 너무 평온하게 살아가고 잇음 그래서 인터넷에 굳이 doomposting을 해야할 필요성도 좀 적어졌고
