#webdev folk, I have a couple of very basic questions and I need some dumb-down, ELI5 answers.

If I was to look into making a simple webapp for Saulala (starting at 'hello world' here), what would be the best framework/library to invest my time in? I'll be looking for a pretty custom UI eventually.

So far I've come across React, Vue and Express?
