camel case spelling of abbreviations is purely vibes based isn't it

IoStream feels uglier than IOStream, but HTTPXMLRequest feels uglier than HttpXmlRequest

but then LlvmIr or LlvmIR both feel like abominations to me

truly one of the unsolved problems in computer science
