@ii_infinitumAndrew I used to be in that industry (worked with all of the big vendors and a lot of the carriers) and let's just say the time is out of SS7, PSTN, VoIP, X.25. They have mostly outsourced all of that to where ever they get the cheapest people - AI is just an excuse to fire everyone expensive. I would pivot to re-learn everything - that is what I did after spending too long time there in between.
