At first, I had planned a user group talk, which was well received in January 2005.
Later it became a conference tutorial, and the ambition grew to make a book you could take in during an afternoon and start building "The Network You Need" the next day.
Now a book of roughly 250 pages, you likely need to plan to spend more than just one afternoon.
Anyway, this fourth edition is for you, who wants to build the best setup you can, using the best of breed free tools.
